When I came to real estate to begin my Realtor’s carrier, I knew just one thing – I wanted to be a mediator to help to realize people’s dreams.

Having wide experience in sales as well as import / export operations and rich knowledge of human psychology, I went straight to sales & purchase of Luxury and Upscale real estate condominiums. Located and close to the beaches and Intracoastal Waterway houses and condos amazed me with its beauty and I wanted to share my experience with clients in order to give them exactly what they want.

I try to spend as much time as possible with my clients, paying attention to their specific needs and unique requests. On the other hand, I also value my client’s time and build my work on trust and understanding.

When I start working for a client, I pay most of my attention to how he sees their future possessing Miami and Florida upper-class real estate. Then I do a list of possible houses or condos that might be right for my clients’ purchase. After a careful consideration, me and my clients visit the real estate properties. I always accompany my clients from the first day to the last. I help with all necessary paperwork.

Originally my family has many European roots. I have used this opportunity for myself. I have learnt many languages. I speak well English, Polish, Russian, Swedish and German. I am happy and grateful to my destiny to have opportunity to practice these languages with my clients. I am getting pleased when I am able to service the clients and talk to them on their mother tongue.
